This model is dsigned for 100 L Paint mixing with variable speed arrangement.Shaft is detachable. Blade is Dispersion type. MOC SS304.
Machine body designed for regid and rugged operation. 5 HP three phase moter is coupled with 2 nos of Bsection V belts.Suitable stand for placing the tank is made of 50 mm L angle fabrication.
High-speed dispersion blades rotate at high RPMs to facilitate the quick impartation of solids at a fine grind.

Side entry mixers are used in a number of applications such as edible oils, chemical processing, water treatment, asphalt, crude oil, gasoline, and pulp and paper.
They can be easily installed anywhere along the side of the mixing tank/vessel. In large-scale mixing applications, it's not practical to use a top-entry mixer with a larger/longer shaft because of the cost, but the versatility of side entry mixers allows for many more placement options to attach the mixer to the tank/vessel at a much more economical price.
