Pulley:

• Specially designed rive pulley is coupled with prime mover (Motor)to run the belt
• Pulley made with longitudinal slots to have better grip and prevent slip when more oil to be handled. Thick layer of sludge can be fall thru the slots, hence proper drive is achieved.
• Drive pulley is having end plates to prevent belt dislocation. Both end plates are turned concentric with the drive shaft.
• Both ends of the shafts are mounted with self aligning ball bearing mounted on a plumber block to bear the radial and axial load with low friction.
• Both bearings are mounted on mounting frames made with precisely Laser cut and bend for rigid mounting. Laser cutting and Computerised bending press is used to make the mountings.
• Dead weight roller is also have end plates for proper guiding of belt.
• It is having fall protecting wire rope in case of belt cut. The bracket and mounting screws are made out of SS 304.
• Driven pulley cum dead weight is placed on the lower end of the belt which gives sufficient tension to the belt and help belt to move without any slippage.
